Processing Time

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Estimated delivery times:

Order Tracking

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • GLOWNEST is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order.

  • All charges imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs.


Lost or Damaged Orders

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at support@glownest.me within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
